Shipping Details

• Free Shipping within the UAE

• Orders processed within 2-5 working days

• Orders dispatched using professional courier services within 2 days after order processing

• Signed signature needed to receive package for security purposes using recognised identification (Emirates ID or passport)

• WATCHH will keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered customer for security reasons

• Additional shipping costs may apply to international orders (unless a specific brand is already being represented in that country)

• International customers are responsible for their own local taxes and import duties on purchases arriving in their country

• International deliveries may take longer. If you have any questions about international deliveries, please email contact@watchh.ae

 

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep a delivery time and date, WATCHH shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from WATCHH to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
