RETURN POLICY

Returns Policy

WATCHH offers a flexible cancellation, returns and exchange policy. Cancellations can be made within 24hrs of the order. Please contact contact@watchh.ae to confirm the cancellation.

All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the original delivery and then the item must be returned back to WATCHH within a further 7 days of making the returns request. Any returns made outside these timescales may only warrant the customer to receive a credit note. 

 

All items must be returned unworn, unaltered and undamaged in any way from their original condition, with all included packaging, tags, stickers, plastic/protective covering, papers and identifications cards, to qualify for a refund or exchange. Worn or altered watches/products will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

 

WATCHH will not be responsible for any international import duties and local taxes for international returns. Customs refusal will receive their full refund minus the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be distributed after the return has been fully processed.

All refunds may take up to 15 business days to process once the item has been returned.
